International Agricultural Exhibition


The International Agricultural Exhibition has established itself as the biggest economic event for agribusiness in Southeast Europe. It attracts manufacturers and traders because they can present their products and services to more than 40 000 visitors here and professionals from the industry – with innovations on a global level. The exhibition is preferred by farmers because of the opportunity to get informed about new products and services, to purchase equipment and inventory and exchange ideas and experience.

            They are organized under the auspices of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry.

AGRA is part of the only forum on the Balkans for agriculture, wine, food and equipment together with the prestigious exhibitions VINARIA for vine growing and wine producing, FOODTECH for the food industry and TASTES FROM ITALY. Holding them at the same time creates better conditions for the presentation of companies from different industries that share common marketing interests. Every year, approximately 700 companies from 30 countries take part in the forum.
It is a unique business and advertising platform, which attracts more and more professional visitors whose number has increased by 60% in 2020.


Innovations competition
    The competition is an opportunity to present and advertise new technologies and products to professional visitors and the media. It distinguishes the most advanced developments in the field of agriculture, which are presented for the first time at AGRA. The panel is composed of renowned experts and scientists, which makes the awards reputable and prestigious. Participation is free of charge.

Applications for participation – till 10 December 2021


Installation – 15 calendar days before the opening
•    working time: 08.00-17.00 h
•    two days before the opening: 08.00-21.00 h


Dismantling – 7 calendar days after the closing
•    working time: 08.00-17.00 h


Inclusion in the printed catalog – till 14 January 2022


Inclusion in the online catalog – the online catalogue is updated on a weekly basis until the opening of the event.


International Fair Plovdiv rents covered and/or open exhibition area – stand/bungalow with standard construction or non-standard custom-made stands.
To hire a stand/bungalow it is necessary to fill in Form 3.  



The rent of a stand/bungalow includes also:
•    general security, common electricity and water costs, cleaning of common areas, use of infrastructure, waste disposal;
•    a certain number of entrance cards for exhibitors and cars;
inclusion in the catalog and information system (company address, telephone number, fax number, email, Internet address, up to 2 branches and up to 50 characters text information), publishing in the exhibitors' online catalog and weekly updating of the information in the catalog.


The rental price does not include water connection and water consumption, which are ordered and paid for in addition.

I. Discounts on indoor rental area  (only one of all at Your choice)
•    From the rental price for declared net covered exhibition area:
        21-50m2 - 5 %
        over 50m2 - 10 %
•    For consecutive participation in the International Exhibition AGRA
        For 5 or more consecutive years (2020–2016) etc. – 10%  of the rent for the area
        For the second participation in 2021 – 5 % on the indoor exhibition area rental within the size of the coinciding exhibition area


II. Upon 100 % payment of the ordered services by 10.12.2021 – 5 % discount of the paid amount


The services cover the activities related to the preparation, holding and termination of the participation.

The exhibitors are entitled to admission cards corresponding to the ordered exhibition area:

Indoor and outdoor exhibition area
up to 20 m2 – 5 admission cards                      up to 50 m2 – 10 admission cards
up to 100 m2 – 15 admission cards                   up to 200 m2 – 20 admission cards
up to 500 m2 – 25 admission cards                   over 500 m2 – 30 admission cards


Exhibitors shall receive 4 (four) car passes, if the exhibition area rented is up to 50 m2 and 7 (seven) car passes, if the exhibition area is over 50 m2.


Exhibitors could obtain additional admission cards against payment.


The admission card is personal and non-transferable.



The exhibiting companies in AGRA 2022 have the opportunity to make their participation even more effective by requesting sponsorship and advertising packages. Thus, their brands and products will be better presented to the  visitors specialists, as well as to the participants in the other exhibitions, held at the same time at the International Fair Plovdiv.
